Do I get to pick my videographer?

Our talented Art Director, an absolute gem, is the mastermind behind matching your videographer to your special day (and coordinating with your lead photographer, if applicable!) With her expertise, she ensures that you have an unparalleled experience that exceeds all expectations. You can relax knowing that your videography will showcase the same incredible quality and aesthetic as the sample reels we've shared. you can trust us to deliver an exceptional outcome that captures the essence of your love story with elegance and grace.

How many videographers are included in my package?

Our packages are for one videographer (the examples shared above were all shot with one videographer)

What about their equipment?

All of our videographers have FULL professional-grade equipment and gear, including multiple cameras (static camera and handheld), lenses, mics (including wireless setup), etc.

Can I add additional coverage time?

Of course! If you would like to add more hours to your package (either at booking or during planning) you can absolutely do so.

Do you offer drone footage?

When it comes to drone coverage, we can certainly try our best align you with a videographer who has drone capabilities. However, it's important to note that not all venues permit drone usage, and we prioritize the safety of our equipment and crew, considering weather conditions for flight. While we cannot guarantee drone coverage, we will do our best to accommodate your request and capture breathtaking aerial shots if circumstances allow. The overall quality of your wedding footage is our top priority!

Can we specify certain things we want in our video?

Absolutely! Once you've booked, you'll have the pleasure of working with our dedicated planner, Hannah. She will guide you through the process, discussing shot lists and capturing all the important elements you'd like to be included in your video. During your planning call with Hannah, we'll guide you through sharing any special family members, guests, moments, rituals, or traditions that you would like to incorporate into your day. This valuable info will help us curate a comprehensive videography shot list and schedule, ensuring that every meaningful detail is captured beautifully.

What is the editing process and turnaround time?

Our team of highly skilled editors is ready to create a cinematic highlight film and other reels that capture the essence of your love story. They carefully select the most beautiful moments from your day and seamlessly integrate them with your chosen music. In about 6 -8 weeks (but often faster!) you'll have a film that tells your unique story and is perfect for sharing with family and friends. Our in-house editing ensures consistent output and maintains the signature OLAS aesthetic you know and love!

I'd really like a longer, cinematic video. Can you do that?

Absolutely! We've got an option that's perfect for those wanting a longer, more cinematic video. While our standard package includes a beautiful highlight reel capturing the best moments of your day and reception, we also offer an extended 30-45 minute edit. This feature film-style edit includes extended footage of entrances, first dances, cake cutting, and more. It's an add-on option, and don't worry if you're not sure right now, you can always add it later. We want you to have the perfect keepsake of your wedding day, tailored to your preferences.
